Lisa Cardinali

Registered Massage Therapist

Lisa graduated from Canadian Therapeutic College in 2004. She treats an array of ailments with traditional Swedish massage techniques and additional training in deep tissue therapy, myofascial release, acupressure, pregnancy massage and thermal palms (which similar to hot stone). She also incorporates more current modalities such as cupping and kinesio tapping into treatments when indicated. Lisa is a certified birth doula (or labour support provider). She believes that bodywork of any kind during pregnancy helps to alleviate discomfort, and that as a result, women become more body-aware during their pregnancy and into the labour experience. And as an alternative to massage, Lisa is a certified bowen therapist. Bowen is a hands-on therapy with very simple yet profound techniques to address acute or chronic pain.

Clarence Crawford

Registered Massage Therapist

Clarence graduated from Canadian College of Massage & Hydrotherapy in 2007. He was a massage therapy instructor at Trillium College in 2014 and has a concentration in sports massage therapy. He was selected to the 2015 PanAm Games sports medical therapist team and has treated professional athletes on teams such as the NHL Thrashers and Rangers and the CFL Tiger Cats and Redblacks, as well as Canadian Olympic skaters. But his interests, training and clinical experience are diverse and his additional certifications include: Nerve flossing, Reflexology, Reiki master, Cranio sacral therapy, Mobility taping (sports kinesiology therapeutic taping), Laser light therapy (LED & far infrared), M2T blade (Graston Alternative), Thai yoga massage (studied Thai massage in Thailand 2009), and Pregnancy massage (trimesters certified). 

Marisa Mohammed

Registered Massage Therapist

Marisa is a graduate of the University of Toronto and trained as a massage therapist at Kikkawa College in Toronto. Coming from a diverse background of interests, Marisa is adaptable and pays close attention to each person’s individual needs and health goals. Her treatments incorporate Swedish & Thai massage, cupping, trigger point therapy, cranial sacral therapy, and deep tissue massage. She effectively treats pregnancy related pain, car accident injuries, the elderly, athletes, stress and anxiety, headaches, TMJ issues, children, chronic and acute pain.

Heather Thomson

Registered Massage Therapist

Heather graduated from Centennial College and has been practicing since 2009. She is certified in hot stone massage therapy and cupping. Heather has a great passion in working with toddlers and children. She strives to make all clients feel like their main complaint is addressed and treated while feeling relaxed. Heather’s treatments include Swedish massage techniques varying from mild to deep pressure, trigger point therapy, stretching and relaxation and of course are based on individual client needs.

Alice Halbert

Registered Massage Therapist

Alice started her career in the spa industry as an esthetician with over 20 years of experience. Her interest in helping others prompted her to persue a career in massage therapy at Oxford College of Arts and Technology. Since graduating, she has also become a hot stone therapy practitioner. Combining her spa background with her training as a massage therapist, she can provide a therapeutic treatment that is also very relaxing. Her goals as a therapist are to assist clients in their efforts to achieve optimal health and wellness.
